Every effort will be made to deliver flowers to the next service and will depend on lead time from ordering. We do not recommend selecting before 1:00PM delivery for orders placed Sunday for Monday delivery as these orders may not be received in time.

If an order is presently en route, has already been shipped or is delivered, a customer is unable to cancel it. If an order is scheduled for a future time, Provider will do everything reasonably possible to comply with a customer’s request to cancel an order. The customer must call Provider to further discuss same, and Provider shall at all commercially reasonable times maintain readily available contact information as well as facilities and resources as necessary to accept and process such calls in a timely manner.
